5200m² new build along Maginn Avenue providing health care to the wider west Inishowen population.

Traffic surveys undertaken across the town centre roads network during peak times were used a basis for a traffic flow/junction capacity model, which proved that traffic generated by the development would not have a negative impact on town centre congestion and informed the local authority to grant planning permission for this much needed service.
