Phased regeneration of Castlepollard town centre to create a central tourism hub for Ireland’s Ancient East.

Our highway designs offer a gateway into Castlepollard town centre whilst at the same time provide sustainable links between the Town Park and the historic Market Square.

Subsequent phases will see an effective public realm space within the Village Green achieved through redesign existing infrastructure to offer a clearly defined hierarchy of modal priority. Traffic surveys undertaken have assessed vehicular and pedestrian movement patterns with desire lines informing any final layout options.
