Proposed multi-sport facility (circa 45,000 sq ft) incorporating wellbeing centre, community/youth facilities, full size indoor 6G pitch, fitness suite, sports hall, conferencing, office accommodation, exhibition & events space.

Traffic surveys established existing flows through local junction network, determined trips generated on match day/during AM and PM peaks and included sensitivity distribution analyses. Traffic Assessment shows that no adverse effect on access and nearby junction network.
